What materials do you use for your rugs?

Our rugs are crafted from 100% New Zealand wool, known for its superior softness, durability, and rich texture.

Are your rugs carved?

No, all of our rugs are shaved flat for a sleek, neat look. We do not offer carved rugs at this time.

How are your rugs finished on the back?

Each rug is backed with our signature red felt and secured with black herringbone twill tape, ensuring both durability and a professional finish.

Do you apply any protective coating to your rugs?

Yes! We treat every rug with a high-quality fabric spray that helps protect the wool from stains and everyday wear.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes! We specialize in custom rugs with dark, macabre designs, but If you have a specific idea in mind, feel free to reach out, and help we’ll bring your vision to life. Visit our custom rug page to enquire!

How do I clean and maintain my rug?

To keep your rug in top condition, we recommend gentle vacuuming (without a rotating brush), spot cleaning with mild soap and water. Due to the rugs being made from wool, we do not reccommend using carpet cleaners and shampooers.

Where are you based?

We are proudly based in the UK and ship our custom handcrafted rugs all over the UK. We currently do not offer international shipping, but may offer international shipping in future when we find the right shipping partner for our products.

How long does it take to make and ship my rug?

All of our in stock rugs will be shipped within 3 working days. If you have ordered a custom rug, these are handmade to order, sp production times vary, but typically range from 2-4 weeks before shipping. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process!

Can your rugs be used in high-traffic areas?

While our rugs are durable wool (which is much better suited to regular use than Acrylic), they are best suited for low to medium-traffic areas to preserve their intricate details and craftsmanship.

Do you offer returns or exchanges on custom rugs?

Due to the custom nature of our rugs, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there are any issues with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve them! We want you to be thrilled with your new rug!
